Membership Details

Come join one of the largest and most successful marathon training programs in the country. You'll run with others of your own ability using run/walk breaks in a fun, team environment.

We run Saturday mornings at 7:00 AM from various locations throughout the Triangle, including Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Durham, and Umstead Park. Check our website for details of our upcoming runs. Come join us for a run and bring your friends – we are always guest friendly!

Our 2016 Programs trained over 650 members and we'd love for you to join the team for our 2017 Summer / Fall Program, which will run from June 3rd, 2017, through November 11th 2017, a total of 24 weeks. We can help you achieve your running goals in a fun, team environment! We offer 10 pace groups - whether you are a Boston Qualifier, pursuing the 50 States Marathon Club or just running to finish, you'll be assured of training with others of your own ability. Walkers are welcome but you must be able to maintain a 17:00 to 18:00 minute mile pace.

The centerpiece of our 24-week training program is the weekly long run, utilizing Jeff Galloway’s unique Run/Walk system. Additionally, you are encouraged to complete 2 short runs during the week on your own. You’ll need to be able to walk or slowly run-walk 3 miles when you start our program.

The 2017 Raleigh Galloway Marathon Summer / Fall Training Program fees are $159* for new members and $99* for returning members. That includes our 24 week training program with all runs supported, Jeff's e-book GALLOWAY TRAINING PROGRAMS, a one year subscription to Runners World Magazine, a technical running shirt or hat, as well as discounts at local running stores and races. We also have Pancake Breakfasts, Educational Seminars and other events that enrich your experience.(* Active.com processing fee extra)

You will make lots of new friends and learn more about endurance running while working to achieve your running goals. Whether you are hoping to run your first half or full marathon or you are a veteran runner planning to improve your performance, we can help!
